  • Bond 23 Delayed Indefinitely

    Bond 23 has been delayed indefinitely by the producers at MGM. The new Bond movie has been delayed due to, “The continuing uncertainty surrounding the future of MGM and the failure to close a sale of the studio.” The statement from MGM further added, “We do not know when development will resume and do not have a date for the release of Bond 23.”

    Apple has been developing 3D polarized glasses to allow people to watch 3D movies on the move. So if you thought that watching 2D films on your iPod and iPhone just doesn’t cut the mustard anymore you’ll soon be able to upgrade to a brand new pair of iSpecs.


  • 80s Film Remake Tron has sequel writers

    Do you remember the 80s film Tron? Well, unless you’ve been stranded on a desert island with Tom Hanks as your only friend you’ll know that Disney are planning on bringing the classic retro film to the modern age. The new tron, Tron Legacy is due to be released on December 26th in the UK but so confident are Disney of its success that they have already got writers working on the sequel.

    Winning the Camera D’Or at Cannes, the Australian movie directed by Warwick Thornton tells us the story of two Aboriginal teenagers living in the Australian outback. Although barely a word is spoken between the two main characters, Delilah and Samson begin an affectionate relationship when faced with the hardships of living in absolute poverty.


  • Zemeckis to direct Dark Life movie version

    Director Robert Zemeckis is to direct the movie version of Kate Falls’ novel Dark Knight. Zemeckis and the Gotham Group agreed to the deal earlier this weekend. So sci-fi fans, get ready for an underwater extraveganza which looks like it could be on the same scale as James Cameron’s blockbuster Avatar.


  • David Fincher to direct Dragon Tattoo

    David Fincher is due to direct the English remake of the Swedish crime mystery The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. The Swedish version, adapted from the Steig Larsson’s novel, was released in the UK earlier this month. If you liked Fight Club and Aliens 3 then no doubt you will not be disappointed with Fincher’s usual mix of mindless sex and violence.
