Self-consciously billing itself as the “biggest international motion picture of all time”, we have to say that we’ve been looking forward to Will Ferrell’s Spanish flick Casa De Mi Padre for a while now. And now, a few weeks after the gears of the marketing machine have begun cranking away, we have a first full trailer. “And introducing.. Will FerrEll”…

Taking full advantage of its melodramatic telenovela roots, it looks like Casa De Mi Padre will be a raucous, easy-going comedy that, hopefully, will show the world (read: America) that there are worse things in life than subtitles. Take a look at the full trailer below:

Considering we still don’t have a UK release date for Casa De Mi Padre, we’ve actually already seen rather a lot from its team. A poster, a teaser, two more posters and now a full trailer – we can understand why its important to Pantelion Films to create as much buzz as possible, but we need to make sure that the hype doesn’t peak too early. Dios Mio, guys, just give us the date for this steamy tale of brotherly love, of guns, girls and exciting hats and we can ride off into the distance…
