    Watch out Abercrombies! Pussy Galore’s got a gun and she knows how to use it! Taking a leaf out of Simon Pegg’s book, Cockneys vs Zombies is a very British look at how a zombie plague would pan out. Sadly it lacks enough content to provide real bite. Whilst Cockneys has a lot of heart…and brains…and limbs, it is missing a lot of the humour that the title hints at to make it a classic Brit horror.




  • The Man Inside

    “Oh good! A British rapper making his film debut!” said nobody, ever. But stay that hand from killing – Ashley Thomas (‘Bashy’ to his fans) is actually pretty good in The Man Inside. Sadly, not everyone else is pulling their weight in this patchy underworld thriller.


  • Cleanskin

    Sean Bean is a particularly moody bastard in this Terrorists vs Special Forces thriller. It’s gritty, downbeat and violent, and engaging enough that you might overlook the patchy plot.
