It’s finally happened; popular culture has reached its logical conclusion and begun to collapse in on itself. Arnold Schwarzenegger has revealed that his first post-office starring role will be in an animated TV show and comic book created by Stan Lee, in which he will play himself as movie star and politician turned costumed crime-fighter The Governator. #WINNING!

In the semi-autobiographical series, Arnie leaves office and decides to build a high-tech crime-fighting centre under his Brentwood, LA house. ‘The Arnold Cave’ is stocked with supervehicles and costumes which allow The Governator to fly and use other superhuman abilities when combatting his obligatory acronymed nemeses – a supervillain team known as the Gangsters, Imposters, Racketeers, Liars and Irredeemable Ex-cons, or G.I.R.L.I.E.
