Looming over Notting Hill Gate like a giant looming thing with a huge dome and really comfy seats, the lordly Coronet is the only place for swanky Kensington types to catch up on the latest releases. Boasting an imposing theatrical background and a cavernous screen covered in enough velvet to curtain the entire Crystal Palace – not to mention the cheapest cinema bar we’ve ever come across – it’s well worth the trip West.
