It is a truth universally acknowledged that if a trailer takes more than two minutes to make its point, its not doing its job properly. The deeply dull, deeply lengthy One Day trailer is not doing its job properly.

Still, seeing as its based on the smash hit novel by David Nicholls, we’re sure nothing short of Anne Hathaway tattooing “THIS FILM IS ACTUALLY A BIT BORING” on her own face will quell the tides of punters…
