Well, isn’t this lovely? After a short and very quiet courtship, Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz have done the Hollywood impossible – pulled off a secret wedding! Hurrah!

The Oscar-winning actress (41) and Bond star (43) have reportedly been dating since December after playing a married couple for forthcoming film Dream House.

Their New York City nuptials were attended by just four guests – Weisz’ son Henry, Craig’s daughter Ella and two witnesses. And that’s… that’s all we know, basically. There’s something pleasantly old-fashioned about all of this – Craig and Weisz are nice and English and always seem appropriately embarrassed by media attention, we’re very glad they’ve shunned the press and done things on their own terms. Congratulations, Mr & Mrs Bond!
