You know what we enjoy doing? Going to the future. We also enjoy going back to the future, but we’ve had copyright problems with that before. Hooray! The return of Hollywood’s most bad-ass mother is nigh, as the trailer for the new Samuel L Jackson movie Unthinkable hits the web. Directed by Gregor Jordan, the movie also features the talents of Michael Sheen (The Damned United) and Carrie-Anne Moss (The Matrix trilogy).
Ye-Ha! Legendary Hollywood superstar Harrison Ford and director Jon Favreau (him who’s directing the Iron Man 2 movie coming out later this year) are teaming up to make Cowboys and Aliens, an adaptation of a graphic novel by comic book writer Scott Mitchell Rosenberg.
Good news comic book fans! With the Iron Man 2 film due for release at the end of this month, the official website has been given a fancy new makeover. New Iron Man wallpapers, screensavers and on-set pictures are now available, as well as extracts from the much anticipated AC/DC soundtrack.
Iron Man 2, starring Robert Downey Jr. and directed by Jon Favreau is released in May 2010 and looks to build on the success of 2008’s Iron Man. The latest trailer was released on March 7th and looks epic. Joining Downey Jr are Don Cheadle as War Machine, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Sam Rockwell as Justin Hammer and Mickey Rourke as main villan Whiplash. 2009 certainly brought us a few cinematic corkers, from sci-fi epic Avatar to comic-book crunching goodness from Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight and Watchmen. But it wasn’t all wham, bam and explosions – will 2010 be a year of smarter movies? Judging this list… maybe.
After a mini-leak of footage from Iron Man 2 in a behind-the-scenes doc, Paramount (bless ’em) have decided to give us all an early Christmas present in the form of a new trailer. And we have to say, it’s looking pretty chuffin’ awesome.
